Choose published nutrition or build your own
Start with the product you want: sandwiches, wraps, salads, protein bowls or another menu category. Finished items show “Published nutrition.” Build Your Own items show “Calculated nutrition.”
Published menu items
Named recipes start with Subway’s complete published nutrition. Open “Remove ingredients” to take off a topping, or add extra vegetables, mayo, cheese or protein below it. Your choices stay with that sandwich or wrap. Only documented included ingredients with published portions appear in the removal list. Removing several ingredients subtracts each portion from the original recipe; quantity scales the entire customized item. Minis, sliders, pockets, pizzas and other specialty items stay in their own categories with published nutrition only.
Choose every component
Custom sandwiches and wraps start with your selected bread or wrap. Custom salads and protein bowls start empty. Choose protein, optional extra protein, cheese, vegetables and sauce. No unselected ingredient contributes to the total. Change a protein or cheese selection to replace it, or set an optional portion to zero to remove it.
A custom Italian-style wrap can use the listed ham, salami and pepperoni portions, plus your choice of cheese and vegetables. It is calculated from those components, independently of the published B.M.T. wrap recipe.
Read the portions
Footlong subs double applicable six-inch values. Wraps use twice the six-inch protein portion, with the published wrap portions for cheese and sauce. Salads use the listed salad protein portion and twice the listed sauce portion for dressing. Protein bowls use a footlong protein portion; other component choices clearly identify reference servings where a standard bowl portion is not documented.
Chips and drinks
Choose a fountain drink in small (20 fl oz), medium (30 fl oz) or large (40 fl oz), or a separately labeled bottle or juice box. Fountain values use manufacturer fountain nutrition scaled to the selected liquid volume, without ice or refills. Check the cup and package size at your location.
Chips show whole-bag nutrition. Where an exact bag label is unavailable, the manufacturer’s published serving is scaled to the listed bag size and marked calculated. Availability and formulas vary by location. Unpublished nutrient amounts are flagged individually; known calories and macros still calculate.

Milk, additional juices, brewed tea and other drinks vary by supplier and recipe. Products whose package or formula has not been matched are not estimated here.
Keep each order together
Quantity applies to the entire configured item. Add differently customized items separately. Changing a size resets incompatible component portions. Cookies and the listed sides or soups can be added separately. Complete your meal with separate Chips and Drinks items. Choose the drink first, then its size; each bag or beverage stays editable in Your Order and contributes to live totals.
About these numbers
Ingredient inclusion is cross-checked against Subway’s official ordering descriptions; adjustment amounts use the supplied PDF’s six-inch or wrap component portions. Restaurant recipes can change, so compare these with your actual order.
Source: Subway U.S. Nutrition Information, January 2026. Calculated totals are based on Subway's published component nutrition and serving sizes. Totals may differ slightly from Subway's published menu-item values because of rounding and recipe-specific portions.
Missing or blank fields in the supplied entrée PDF count as zero. For drinks and chips, explicitly unavailable fields are flagged separately. The downloadable records preserve original values and identify calculation estimates separately. Vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron are preserved as %DV in the source records and excluded from calculator totals.
Unchanged recipes retain Subway’s published values. Edited sandwiches and wraps show calculated nutrition when the selected changes are supported. Each nutrient is calculated separately, with negative differences limited to zero. Ingredients with undocumented recipe portions are not offered for removal. Current ordering descriptions identify ingredients; entrée nutrition amounts come from the supplied January 2026 PDF; chips and drinks use the linked manufacturer sources. A modified B.M.T. wrap requires Build Your Own because its published row may be a duplicate. Reference component servings are labeled by their published gram amount and are not claimed to be standard protein-bowl servings. Participating-location notes are retained where applicable.
